Basically there exist from the technical point of view two possibilities. One of both involves generating a noise through generators in cell areas on the frequencies 900 and 1800 MHz (D-net, E-net) and UMTS, which is louder than the mobile signals. These signals would be practically destroyed by the noise and the contact transmission, the phone call or the SMS communication will be interrupted immediately.
The second alternative involves the faking of a base station for the mobile phones in the cell areas with the help of a strong radio signal, which try to use the mobile phones to register automatically. If you interrupt now this registering process with help of technical devices, the mobiles phones will stay in a queue and no communication will be possible.
The last operation is related to the so-called IMSI-Catchers. The IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) represents an identifier, which allows the wiretapping and the localization of mobile phones within a radio cell. Minus of IMSI-Catchers and the related operations is, that the possibly interrupt the whole traffic within a radio cell, so that they can stop emergency calls of noninvolved individuals.
Therefore we offer with our jammer systems a solution for the penal system with help of noise generators. The room selective detection- and repression system localizes and interrupts within split seconds each communication trial via GSM or UMTS (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth are available on request , too).
A detected phone call or SMS cause an alarm immediately and activate the jammers within split seconds. The system sends instantly a message to the alarm server. Consequently an uncontrolled contact of the prisoners with the environment can be prevented.
Realizing the purpose obligatory involves the vandalproof version of all vulnerable parts of the device. The security of functions has to be guaranteed also for situations, if prisoners have any tool at hand and if they could wangle knowhow about the functioning of jammers.
Our systems have the following features:
Sabotage alarm |

Excellent results of localizing with help of a close-meshed detection-network |

Identifying of mobile phones in the immediate vicinity |

Sensitivity of device is adjustable invidually |

Central alarm messages or local messages about potential-free contacts |

Detection and localization of all concurrent active mobile phones |

No alarm out of permitted areas |

As fast as possible reactions: no SMS and no phone calls immediately |

Parasitic frequencies are possible temporally, locally and frequency related |

Only short-time jamming necessary, afterwards further monitoring; therefore also detection and selective jamming of further mobile phones in the same area |

Activation in the alarm place only or in the related area (local jamming) |

adaptable transmission power |

identifies mobile phone conversations and SMS messages |

Shows alarms and saves them |

Tolerates allowed communication (like Paging, PSA, DECT, etc.) without setting off the alarm |

Guarantees a simple and comfortable service, together with wide security functions |

The power supply will be given by an interruption-free power source (USV) for security purposes (DIN VDE 0100-200) |
