Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all usual credit card and TT.
Do I have to pay any custom duties or other charges?
No. If you order from an EU country, no custom formalities or charges arise.
Are there any agencies?
We have contact persons for Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Greece and USA.
What's about the quality of the devices?
Tight quality controls - our premium products are of highest quality and are accepted at 100% by the industry. We worked hardly on enhancing our productivity, to ensure the highest quality standards for you. Our products often became copied and recreated. Those products are of poor quality indeed. Therefore we recommend to make sure, that you purchase the original only, so that you have a long term delight with your product.
When I will receive my order?
Many products are in stock. Placed orders normally are shipped on the next business day. Ordinary the goods will arrive your home within 4-6 business days.

Can I cancel my order again?
Yes, you can cancel your order prior to dispatch. Orders witch are canceled after the transmission, must be subject to a handling fee which covers our costs.
What happens, if I do not find the product, what I want?
